Box-spring beds, solid oak furniture and a leather sofa create a high-quality yet cosy interior. The villa is also comfortable in the cooler months: central heating and a fireplace make Casa Hispano a lovely place to stay throughout much of the year.

You’ll have the house and garden all to yourselves during your stay. The pool, terraces and outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill are exclusively for our guests.

Our private rooms remain locked and are not used while the villa is rented. This means you can enjoy the house, garden and pool in complete privacy.

The generous space, private pool, Mediterranean garden and peaceful location make Casa Hispano especially lovely for couples, two couples travelling together or families with older children.

Jávea – mehr als nur Strandurlaub

Jávea – more than just a beach holiday

Jávea on the Costa Blanca is a lively town with around 30,000 residents, and it’s far from deserted even outside the high season. The town has three very different areas: the historic old town, the harbour, and Arenal, with its well-kept sandy beach and many restaurants.

Jávea is noticeably quieter and more distinctive than many traditional holiday resorts. We especially enjoy its relaxed atmosphere, many sunny days, and lively year-round community in spring, autumn, and winter.

Jávea is characterised by its villas and private residential areas, and has retained its own distinctive character. The historic old town, with its narrow streets, is quite different from the harbour district and Arenal, with its sandy beach, restaurants and cafés.

Jávea stays lively even outside the high season. Many restaurants and shops are open all year round, and there’s always something going on in town, especially at weekends. If you’re looking for even more to do, Dénia is also just a short trip away.

As well as beaches and the sea, the area offers plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring the countryside and mountains. Alicante and Valencia also make for easy day trips.

We especially enjoy Jávea outside the height of summer. It’s much quieter then, the weather is pleasantly mild, and you can spend plenty of time outdoors. For us, it’s this mix of sea, scenery, good food and a town that stays lively all year round that makes Jávea special.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Other times may be possible by arrangement.

  • Will I need a car during my stay?

Yes. We strongly recommend having your own car or renting one. It makes it easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, shops and local attractions.

  • How are the pool and garden maintained?

The pool is maintained by a specialist company. During the summer months, the water quality is usually checked twice a week. Our approximately 2,000 m² Mediterranean garden is also regularly tended by a gardener.

At check-in, Heidi or Claudia will of course let you know which days the work is scheduled.

  • How far away are the nearest airports?

Alicante and Valencia airports are each about 100 km away. Jávea is easy to reach by rental car from either airport.

  • Is there a local contact available?

Yes. Heidi or Claudia will meet you at the property, show you around, and explain everything you need to know for your stay. They’re also your local points of contact throughout your holiday and will take care of anything you need relating to the house. They’ll come by again for check-out. Heidi and Claudia speak German, Spanish, and English. Of course, I’ll also be here in person for you throughout your stay.

  • Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed. Unfortunately, we’ve had many bad experiences in the past, so we decided not to allow them.

  • Is smoking allowed in the house?

No. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Smoking is permitted outside the house. It goes without saying that we ask you not to leave cigarette butts in the garden.

  • How do I pay when booking directly?

A 25% deposit of the rental price is due when you book. The balance is payable 14 days before arrival. By prior arrangement, you can also pay in cash at the property.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made 29 to 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the rental price; for cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival, we charge 90%. The final cleaning fee is not charged if you cancel.

If the cancelled dates can be fully re-let, the cancellation fee will be waived. If they are re-let for only part of the time, the fee will be reduced accordingly.

If something exceptional means your trip can’t go ahead as planned, please get in touch. If availability allows, we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you—for example, by moving your stay to another date.

When you book directly, you won’t pay any additional booking platform commissions or service fees. You book directly with us, the owners, and enjoy personal contact from your first enquiry right through to your stay.

  • Can I book through a booking platform?

Yes. If you would rather book through a booking platform, that is of course also possible. We also list the house on FeWo-direkt. Please note that additional booking platform fees may apply.

    to FeWoDirekt...

We’ve put together our personal recommendations in Google Maps lists. You’ll find restaurants, shops, beaches, sights and ideas for day trips there. We update the lists regularly.

  • Is the house also suitable for a winter holiday?

Yes. Jávea is lively all year round, and the house has central heating and a fireplace. Spring, autumn and winter are particularly lovely for walks, day trips and relaxing stays on the Costa Blanca.

  • Is Jávea lively outside the peak season?

Yes – Jávea is a lively town year-round with around 30,000 inhabitants and not a holiday resort that empties out after the summer. Many restaurants, shops, and cafés are open even outside the peak season. There's always something going on in Jávea and the surrounding area, especially on weekends. Dénia, just a few kilometers away, is also a vibrant city with around 47,000 inhabitants and a wide range of restaurants.

The climate is pleasantly mild all year round. Jávea has an average annual temperature of around 18 °C and nearly 300 days of sunshine a year. Even in winter, we often enjoy sunny days when we can sit in the garden in temperatures of around 20 °C. That’s why many homeowners from other European countries also spend extended periods here during the winter.

We especially love Jávea outside the peak season: lively yet pleasantly peaceful, with restaurants and shops open, plenty of sunshine and a relaxed atmosphere.
