Each self-contained apartment has 3 twin bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), which can also be used as single rooms, a bathroom and a large eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer). Here you can unwind with your colleagues after the working day.

Each apartment includes:
  • large eat-in kitchen
  • 1st bedroom with 2 single beds (or a double bed)
  • 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (or a double bed)
  • 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (or a double bed)
  • Bathroom  
  • Terrace
  • On-site parking (including space for large vans)

Prices

  • Weekly rate incl. 7% VAT - all-inclusive - minimum stay 2 weeks - flexible arrival day

    • 3 people, all-inclusive €33 per person per night in a single room
    • 4 people, all-inclusive €28 per person per night, 2 single rooms / 1 double room
    • 5 people, all-inclusive €24 per person per night, 1 single room / 2 double rooms
    • 6 people, all-inclusive €21.50 per person per night, 3 double rooms

  • Short-term booking - minimum stay 5 nights

  • Short stays of 3–4 nights

    Short stays of fewer than 5 nights are only available at the last minute.

To ensure a perfect stay for you or your team, the weekly rate already includes everything:
  • reserved parking on the property
  • WLAN / Wi-Fi internet access
  • bed linen, towels and tea towels
  • final cleaning; weekly cleaning for long stays (with towel changes; bed linen changed every 2 weeks or when teams change)
  • heating, water and energy costs
  • cable or satellite TV
  • Sunday arrivals also possible
