5 flat-screen TVs with Blu-ray DVD players—all single rooms, the twin room and the eat-in kitchen have a desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception.

- final cleaning; weekly cleaning for long stays (with towel changes; bed linen changed every 2 weeks or when teams change)
- heating, water and energy costs
- cable or satellite TV
- Sunday arrivals also possible
