In the well-kept Solingen district of Widdert, this renovated half-timbered house has a beautiful garden right next to a protected nature area. The house is part of a charming cluster of small half-timbered homes typical of Solingen, on the edge of town—where everyone still knows everyone. Its exceptionally peaceful location away from main roads makes for a relaxing stay in the countryside. You can spend hours exploring the wonderful walking trails through Solingen’s forests and forget that Solingen is a city of around 160,000 people. Yet, by car, you can reach the city centre in just a few minutes, or the major cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf in around 45 minutes.
The 70 m² apartment is spread over three floors. From the entrance, you go up to the first floor, where you’ll find the kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet. A lovely wooden staircase leads to the second floor, with the living room (with a sofa bed) and bedroom (one double bed and one single bed). There’s a private parking space for our guests. Enjoy the countryside around our home. The owners live right next door and are on hand if you need anything.

To ensure you or your team have a perfect stay, everything is included in the weekly rate:
- reserved parking space on the property
- WLAN / WiFi internet access
- bed linen, towels and kitchen towels
- final cleaning; weekly cleaning for long stays (including a change of towels; bed linen changed every 2 weeks or when the team changes)
- heating, water and energy costs
- cable or satellite TV
- Sunday arrivals also possible
